Booked and paid several days ahead for this accommodation to keep an important appointment in the city. Only to be advised at short notice that the booking couldn’t be honoured as the property wasn’t yet finished or ready for letting.
Let down at short notice which was very inconvenient. Promised a full refund. Which I am still waiting on several days later and having to chase.
