The stay was ok but we were not happy with the gym and pool facilities.

Room

The pool and gym are for the club members not only for the guests. We can't use it wherever we want. There is no sea view room. A bit of sea is seen from the corner of the window. The beach is not near it's 1 km.

Good option for Mumbai airport

Only 30mins taxi from Mumbai airport. A couple of good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Room was fine. Person on reception was very helpful and even went out to get us some drinks when we arrived.

The pool was in use for lessons when we were there so not very useful. The nearby beach was very dirty.

Hospitality at its worst!

The staff / management was very inefficient and inhospitable. My guests who were staying at the hotel were refused the complimentary breakfast (included in room), saying that it was over, and that they should order it on Zomato and the hotel will pay for it.. what kind of service is this? Also, they did not have room service as otherwise mentioned on their site. They didn’t even provide a cup of tea in the room.

Exceptional experience, exceeding our expectations, with an awesome staff to support us!

Exceptional experience! The room and the service exceeded our expectations, the staff supported us in everything since we arrived in Mumbai. The breakfast is so delicious, we loved eating our first Indian food there

Alongside our stay, it was happening some birthday parties and marriages at the hotel facilities, something that we didn't realize when booked the hotel. It affected the sleep because of the noise.

Good staff but extremely noisy and not relaxing at all!

1.Staff was kind they organised an early Check in for me 2.Food was good..Try the Egg biryani and Chicken lollipop

1.This is not a Hotel its like a Hostel for Adults.Its super noisy,doors banging all night long,people screaming in the corridors.You should be mentally prepared to sleep by around 4am once everybody has slept.

Good value for a short stay

The staff were very helpful and the bedrooms were clean and spacious. The location is north of the city which was ok if you only want to go downtown once or twice. The breakfast was simple but good. There are a few good places to eat close by. We ate at the Banana Leaf which was excellent and also the Holiday Cafe which is licensed and also very good. We enjoyed a walk around to Versova beach the first evening, which is about 15-20 minutes from the club.

The infrastructure is a bit dated and the lift needs cleaning to help with first impressions. This isn’t the same as a traditional hotel. It is more like a gym club and the swimming pool is used by local schools and gym users. This isn’t a problem, but a different experience to sunbathing around the pool.

Geen hotel maar een club voor leden en luidruchtige parties. Zoek wat anders.

Ligging bij het (smerige) Versova strand. Bij het zwembad (waar zwemles wordt gegeven) kun je namelijk als hotelgast alleen op beperkte tijden terecht. Bepaald geen aanrader als je verkoeling zoekt op momenten dat het jou uitkomt..

Op booking.com staan twee zwembaden vermeld. Er is er maar 1. Het zwembad is alleen op bepaalde tijden geopend. Verder alleen beschikbaar voor clubleden. Het ontbijt (tegen extra betaling) was ronduit slecht. De parties duren tot diep in de avond en daarna wordt er tot diep in de nacht opgeruimd. Met heel veel kabaal en geschreeuw. De tweede nacht was dat zo erg dat we om 1:30 de manager hebben laten bellen om al het lawaai te doen stoppen. Zijn oplossing: check nu maar gelijk uit. Na ons verblijf vraagt booking.com ons of we wel zijn op komen dagen. De receptie heeft blijkbaar gemeld dat we onze reservering niet zijn nagekomen.... WiFi alleen beschikbaar op de gang met hotelkamers. Er zijn veel bouw werkzaamheden gaande. Dit is reeds op de oprit te zien vanwege alle bouwafval die rond slingert.

Everything was fantastic.

Amazing property with all facilities like gym, swimming pool and food. The food is good too. The rooms and the washroom is very clean and the service was on point. Great stay and will definitely recommend to others.

Worst hotel stay ever had in life

Nothing. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Nothing. Not a good location. No good room. We are fooled by the good photos on the booking site. No lift to the room floor. All debris around the room. Bathroom had blockages throughout stay. No tea/ coffee sachets. No good view out from windows. Lot of mosquitoes, spiders in the room. Cleanliness was worst. Floor was not properly cleaned. No chairs in the room. Executive suite is wrong and fooling on the booking., Room service was bad. Air conditioner and remote was not working whole night and the staff was helpless and said he couldn’t do anything if it’s not working. We had to plead him to get the Air conditioner working . Food taste and quality was not at all good. Overall it’s a room built over the terrace having no good facilities. Overall the most worst experience in this hotel. We couldn’t sleep whole night and were eager to leave that place as soon as possible. Not recommended at all. Zero value for money.

Everything very good

It's amazing hotel. Everything layout awesomely. Just wow look all through the hotel.. Staff soo kind and helpful in everything. Locationi isvery good.everything near. Food is soo testy its like licking ur fingers. Very Very clean in every corner. All greenery is all over the hotel.

Spacious luxury rooms within budget price.

Well designed spacious brand new rooms inside a club house located in posh area of Mumbai , walkable distance from beach. Rooms are big size, clean and neat. Gym is very large and well equipped. I would recommend for families looking for luxury stay with budget price.
