*Card key did not work at back door for luggage to avoid stairs.
*Dryer did not work, lost money.
*Hot tub was not working
*No black out curtains. Only thin, transparent panels - letting in hot afternoon sun, parking lot lights, and people walking by.

Pictures on line look nice but don’t let them fool you.
Ever with the lower price I will not return.

The property was more rundown than it appears in the pictures. The bedroom also only had sheer and not blackout curtains. Some of the lights didn't work in the room. The beds were adequately comfortable.

breakfast is just bagels and dry ass muffins and coffee not worth trying to get to it, the internet sucks bad like ,and if i showered in the morning there wasnt hot water if i showered at night it was fine and i personally don’t like having my window at ground level especially since it didnt lock i had to bring my own bar to keep the window from an easy entry for someone

Adventure Inn was a great place to stay
while in Glenwood. The In was clean,
conveniently located. The rooms were nice
and the staff was friendly and helpful.
I consider the accommodations to be a
good value. I will stay with them again on
my next trip to Glenwood.

No person working at the front desk. You had to talk to someone on a kiosk. Keys had to be tapped 5-6 times to work. Bad breakfast was over at 9. Terrible. I will never stay here again.

Smelled bad when got in. Shower faucet leaking entire time. TV was not working. Front dest attendant came over and it was unplugged behind the fridge. Went to watch avalanche game and altitude was missing from channel lineup despite being on channel placard. Breakfast wasn't much to talk about. Trash outside window once curtains opened. Would be stoked with this place for 70-80 dollar range but $105 was a bit rich

Very old hotel run by friendly staff. Strange wifi connection, need to re-login 4 times a day. Jacuzzi not working in winter time.

The light entering the room didn't work, and i rented a room with 1 king bed and got 2 doubles

The hotel was a comfortable place to stay. The clerk was helpful with our check in. I was not happy that my reservation through Expedia didn’t show on the hotel’s side. The clerk helped us get a room with double beds instead of the king bed I had originally reserved.

Need curtains, lots of parking lot light coming through, and road noise.

Terrible WiFi! They are renovating and putting in new floors. However, it was super loud because it was right next door.

Overall, my son and I had an easy stay. This was our second time staying here because they always have great prices.
We went to attend the iron Mountain Hot Springs. It was a very close drive. Check was easy and the guy was nice. Was a little sad that we didn’t know what time breakfast was happening. my son and I went at like 9:01 and we were sad that breakfast was being put away. We asked if we could get something to drink and the lady told us no.
I wish we were told at the front desk the times were. Other than that it was a good stay. I would stay here again. A lot better than the last time we stayed. I could hear our neighbors doing the deed because the lady was super super loud lol and I had told them to be quiet. I have a kid in here. And then they shut up but that didn’t happen this time ha!
Overall, it is a good good hotel and we will be coming back due to the good price

We've stayed here every year for the last 4 years, and this trip will be our last. First check in, no longer is there anyone on site to help with check in, now it's all done on a kiosk, and takes 10 times longer to get your key. Was also over charged on the room, but didn't have anyone to help assist in this. There was a vending machine with a sign that said to talk to the front desk if you need anything, but there's nobody at the front desk. Room was OK, but if you want an outlet to charge your phone plan on unplugging lights to free one up.

Great except, our remote for the TV did not work. Checking out, the desk said “so sorry”. Is that it?

Since the property has no lighting for their sign it made it tricky to find. The heater in the room was really loud and made the room uncomfortable. Breakfast was very haphazard for the price asked for the room. The parking lot is inconvenient and there are bright flood lights on all night that shine through the curtains of the room if you face out to them. The room itself was fine but it’s a very average hotel and not worth the price they want for it. It’s a cheap stay kind of place.

It was in Glenwood Spgs and I couldn't get there so I never got on the property. Bummer.

The hotel advertised a hot tub but it was not on so it was not usable.

They used a zoom check in process which was very difficult to navigate on top of the crap service the mobile check in kiosk had. The hallways smell bad/ weird. The property itself isn’t well kept. The room is ok. Little rinky dink but I suppose you get what you pay for? Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Spend the extra hundred bucks on the Marriott

I know its peak ski season and places that are pet friendly can charge a fee but $60 for 2 dogs who are just going to sleeo is outright ridiculous. Its not a luxury place. There are no other options. This area is for the rich and famous.

This place is clean, quiet and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

No costumer service, litterally a machine checks you in. Ince checked in there were no directions on how to get to our room ir the best place to park for our room. I wouldnt stay there again based on the lack of servise. Hotel was clean, old but clean. Shower had no pressure to it and it was either hot or cold no in-between.

I consider this a 2 star motel (one step above small family-owned "motor courts").
Did not like the front-desk/check-in "video kiosk". I prefer a face-to-face person who pays local taxes and supports the local economy rather than someone in another country.
We stayed at this motel in the past when it was locally owned and the door at the far end of the complex required a key to enter. Now that door is open to the interior of the motel and even though it appears to have video surveillance, it is a security issue. The door also bangs shut if not held from doing so, so don't get a room on that end of the motel!
The rooms are not carpeted, so the floors are cold to walk on in bare feet.
There are no closet areas in the rooms to hang your jackets/shirts/pants.
Advertised a hot tub and there was indeed one on the property, but my wife said it smelled like it had mold growing in it, so we considered it unusable.
There is a small patch of grass out front for your dog to relieve there self, but the dog-poo bag dispenser was empty both days we stayed there, so the dog area had poo piles.
The rooms and common areas are clean.
The continental breakfast was above average with hot and cold cereals, fruit, hot chocolate mix, milk, donuts and coffee machine (empty the second morning).
Over all, there are better motels in town for a similar price.

The Adventure Inn was nigh impossible to find in the dark due to the illuminated sign for the previous name of the property and lack of illumination on the banner with the new name, Adventure Inn. The video link to a remote desk clerk was a poor substitute for having someone on site to welcome us. The continental breakfast was a joke- the worst I’ve ever seen. The rooms are in two different wings branching off from the lobby, both requiring walking up or down stairs from the lobby, with no signage to indicate which rooms are located in which wing, so we ended up hauling our luggage up stairs to the wrong wing, then down and up again to the correct wing. On the plus side, the mattress was comfortable.

This place needs some serious work. Was checked in on a computer screen. The guy was nice but the process was very slow. The bathroom needed to be ripped out and replaced. The tub, sink, and toilet were super old and gross. The room must have been a smoking room at some point because it still smelled. There were little black speck things in the sheets. I don’t know what it was but hope it was not bugs. Would definitely not recommend this place.

Didn't even stay, checked in found bugs in the room and left to find another homel

Automated instead of a personal greeting stinks. Flyer in room claims 24 hour service by dialing "0", no one answers. It was 62 degrees in the room and no heater.

The room was bug infested and horrible. You should take this property and completely disinfect! Not healthy.

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. There was hair in the shower that I had to clean out and I killed 6 bugs in the bathroom and there was trash on the floor in bathroom from previous guest. The rest of the room was decent.

Definitely a budget motel! Checked in on a kiosk at the front desk. So we never saw any staff. Lobby was clean and had been remodeled at aome point, looked fairly modern. The rooms need to be gutted and updated. They were mostly clean. We had a non smoking room which horribly smelled like smoke. Carpet, furniture, and curtains were old and dirty. The toilet barely had enough pressure to flush down water and toilet paper, good luck when you poop! They advertised a continental breakfast but we couldnt find any food in the lobby area where it was supposed to be. Remember when I said we never saw any staff...couldn't find anyone to ask about breakfast. My husband went through the cabinets under the coffee pot and found one packet of oatmeal and one bottle of water. So don't count on the continental breakfast that you paid for. Bring your own food and use the fridge and microwave in your room or go out to eat.
