This room includes a large sectional with a coffee table and multiple side tables along with two additional leather chairs to help you relax by the fire (gas fireplace and ceiling fan also in this area) - Bedroom #1: 1st floor bedroom/office which includes a queen bed, small desk/chair for office space, accent chair/ottoman, ceiling fan, closet, smart tv/monitor, and has a connected full bathroom. Street parking is allowed but not overnight. Although we have the home professionally cleaned before and after each reservation, we ask our guests to care for this home as if it was their own. The furniture is very expensive (and light) so we ask that you do not eat/drink on the couch in the main living room when possible.
