The space This wonderful home is just a 7 minute walk from downtown Mystic, and is located along the Mystic River in the charming historic district. Walk to over a dozen restaurants, shops, and even the Mystic Seaport. Featuring over an acre of land, you will have access to expansive (seasonal) gardens, a pergola, fenced-in koi pond, beautiful stone walls and walkways, swing set, and two patio spaces. We also have outdoor games, a grill, and fire pit. Enter the house through the garden level mudroom, with storage for shoes and coats. This floor also features a game room with darts and a pool table, and a historic pub with full wooden bar and living room. Enjoy a drink while you watch the game on tv, or play some ping pong. One of the sofas on this floor is a sleeper and there is also a half bath on this level. Front and rear staircases lead to the first floor. There you'll find a well equipped kitchen (Thermador and KitchenAid appliances) with everything you need to cook a fantastic meal - All Clad and Le Creuset pots and pans available. Off the kitchen is a walk-in pantry, laundry room, half bath, breakfast nook, den, and doors leading to the rear patio. The main floor continues through the dining room (with a gas fireplace and river views), covered deck, living room with tv, office, guest room, and full bath.
