The Space: Inside the unit, there are two bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom next to it. There is also a queen pull out couch in the living room. Guest Access: Guests may use the assigned garage space (301C) as well as 1 unassigned parking space and the community amenities, which include a pool and hot tub. The Neighborhood: Minutes from Dillon Bay marina, which has plenty of lake activities. A hop, skip, and jump from the cities of Dillon and Silverthorne, and all of their restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. A quick drive to world-renowned ski resorts such as Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail and more. Getting Around: Guests can access hiking and biking trails near the unit.
