And don't forget the s'mores come nightfall! When you do bring your own boat, launch it via the nearby public boat ramps within two miles of your front door. Inside, the open-concept living areas seamlessly blend the living room, dining room, and kitchen in perfect unison. Sit back and catch up on all your favorite shows on the living room's Smart TV. Show off your culinary expertise amongst the well-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances and gleaming countertops. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The boat in the front yard is not available for guest use. The brick outdoor cooking space is decorative only. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Casa Bella was the perfect spot to call home for our stay in Tampa. For a big family looking to have a comfy spot as a refuge in between adventures, it had everything we needed -- Super close to the airport. Less than 15+ mins to Ybor City and less than 30 to Busch Gardens (for the kids). Solid furnishings, a big pool, and a full service kitchen set up. We even could wash/dry our clothes/towels when we needed to clean off the beach/pool from our stuff. It was easy to check in and out and we had no issues -- we didn't need much from Vacasa/owners during our stay, which was how I like it. Highly recommend it for families or big friend groups.

The house was clean and spacious! Everything we needed for our stay was there. Outside space is really nice and the location is close to everything!

This property is very nice and in a great area. Everything is very close to you. The pool and pool deck is amazing. Everything you need and could ask for is in this house. It’s definitely a home away from home. Highly recommend! We will definitely rent again.
