There is a noise level monitoring system (Noiseaware) to keep sound down for the neighbors. It does not record conversations simply sound levels and sends an alert when the sound is over 70 decibels. There are motion sensors cameras on the exterior of the home for security. If you host an event, a large gathering of people, or a party we will ask you to leave. We are available throughout your entire stay. Guest can get a hold of us via your home stay app, e-mail or cell phone numbers, call or text.
