The room provided was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Short and sweet, mattress needs replacing.

The beach theme of the room was nice. The reception welcome was lovely. The parking was ample. Reception ensured there was fresh milk in a small jug for us. Room had a microwave and small fridge with freezer. Plates and cutlery were provided for two people.

The cockroaches could have been vacuumed up out of the cupboard in the corner of the room. The shower has been 'refreshed' but is clearly Lino stuck to old tiles and in desperate need of a good renovation. The mattress... oh my god... This mattress was made in the pit of hell, then delivered to earth for homeless people to pleasure themselves on, in a grimy alley, behind a dumpster for about 20 years. Now it resides in this room... I cannot begin to explain how bad the mattress was!

Enjoyable.

Located within walking distance of beach, river and all town ammenities. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, good rate.

The ensuite is in need of a quick makeover/update. The shower itself is awesome and the 70's shower walls dated but the old vinyl laid over a tiled floor and a painted tap were very daggy.

Cosy and friendly

Room was small but perfect for one person (or a couple). The staff were so lovely and helpful and up for a great chat. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked beautiful. Great location, went for a morning stroll through the shops and down to the beach. Great playground area, beach is stunning and the whole area is beautiful and peaceful

If you've got big bags the stairs are a bit of a challenge but nothing you can't handle

Really nice room, close to shops and not too far from the beach.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was wonderful, great access the shops and only a short walk to the river and beach. The swimming pool was lovely and a bbq area was available and looked clean and tidy.

The rooms were updated and modern. Everything was clean and very comfortable and the staff were amazing - so helpful!

The car parking as our car was parked a fair way from our room.

Easy & early access to room after our drive. Comfy room Biscuits for our afternoon cup of tea

Shower curtain needs an upgrade, it was a little tattered & the maroon colour made the bathroom feel dark. Flooring in the bathroom, maybe an upgrade? I know this costs but you asked for feedback

The stay here served out purpose well

Located right around the corner of the main street of town plus close to the beach. Crockery, cutlery & A microwave provided, not just the basic tea & coffee making facilities. Owners were lovely

Evans Head Motel

Quite, convenient, nicely presented within its older constraints. Bed was comfortable with crisp white bedding. Air-conditioning was good as was the TV and other amenities. I really liked the addition of the Gideon Bible. The manager was friendly and affable offering me a small jug of milk for tea/ coffee. The shower was enjoyable with ample hot water.

Over priced room equivalent to city prices. The room was cramped. Bathroom very cramped. Whomever built the building had no idea about which direction to place the toilet, hence it was very cramped for a tall thin person. It could have been at least $20 cheaper for what it was in a cramped double-bed room (Budget Standard, I believe). Eating out in the town was at city prices!!

Good

The apartment was clean and simple. The carparking was conveniently close, and easy to use. The pool area was also pleasant, and I sat there in the evening a couple of times.

The biggest issue was that the internet access didn't work in our room, number 16. We used up our Optus MyData in the middle of a movie we were watching. There was no stove.

Bed was comfortable. Undercover parking. Check in easy and pleasant.

Shower curtain didn't reach the bottom of shower. Tight space for turning or backing out. Room over carport but flooring uneven. Could hear people in next room.
