We are close to Departure bay Ferry terminal( 10 minutes drive),shopping malls (Walmart, Costco, superstore all of them less than 5 minutes drive)and restaurant, very close to highway and ocean( pipers lagoon and neck point park) and lakes(long lake). We are also around 20 minutes drive to Parksville. Guest access We have covered patio and guest has no access to the backyard Other things to note This is a No pet house and also absolutely no shoes inside and no smoke allowed inside and outside the house
