This level offers two comfortable bedrooms: a primary suite with a queen-sized bed and another bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, ideal for kids. There is also a shared full bathroom on this level. Head downstairs to the fun game room, complete with a ping pong table and a flat-screen TV for movie nights or game tournaments. This space cleverly doubles as a sleeping area with two full-sized futons and a space-saving twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle underneath. A full bathroom and laundry room are conveniently located downstairs as well. Step outside and soak up the Texas sunshine on the expansive upstairs patio, perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining. The large backyard provides ample space for yard games, while evenings can be spent gathered around the firepit sharing stories under the stars. GVR # GVR-09775 House Rules: - Guests must be 24+ to book the property. - One-night stays must be approved. - Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Pets are not allowed. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
