The pricing of the hotel was good, considering all the important amenities that we received

Really bad experience. When we arrived, although we had paid and made a booking reservation in advance, the reception told us all the rooms are occupied. After long discussions to convince them we in fact had a reservation, they moved us to another hotel. The staff showed us to a room that was with visibly dirty (including the unmade sheets) and which was next to another room where the door was open. When entering in our room it was impossible not to see in the one next door since the door was open and there we saw animal excrement on the bed. We went downstairs to tell them that our room isn’t clean and they told us we can switch rooms. When we told them about the other room and that we don’t want to switch if the other rooms were in the same situation, they began laughing at us. Overall, they made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially because the hotel is not placed in the best area. We ended up leaving and they refused to give us our money back.

Room was clean and comfortable and got good amenities. Staffs were very cordial and helpful. Nice and tasty food. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
