The location was great.

Well, we couldn't wash clothes or use the bathroom in the back bedroom at all, the toilet, or shower or the floors flooded multiple times, leaving us with wet clothes and no way to wash or dry them. It would literally flood out of everywhere. We had to shower outside on the side of the house. Tried to get help, and they ignored me. What a nightmare never ever ever again. Floors were nasty, and sandy had to vacuum and mop upon entering house.
