NIce apartment in a nice, very secure building with a great pool and direct beach access. Comfortable beds, very clean, nice view from the 14th floor balcony. Underground secure parking. Plenty of restaurants. 24 hr Walgreens across the street and 24 hr CVS two blocks away. The owners were very responsive to questions. The description does not include the fact that they have a Keurig coffee maker, but bring your own pods. They are hard to find in Puerto Rico. PR seems to mostly have a different style pod coffee maker.

For us (couple and two adult kids) the security created some issues, though for many it won't matter. You must have a key fob to get into the building and there is only one, so either everyone has to do everything together or you at least have to coordinate carefully. The shower stall in the master bathroom is very small, but the other bath has a full tub/shower.
