Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds. The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day. The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year. Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites. The lodging is a half-hour walk from Santa Lucia train station and less than 50 minutes by transport from Venice Marco Polo airport.

Excellent property, probably one of the few buildings in Venice that has an elevator. Large apartment so 3 adults stayed very comfortably. The canal view from two of the bedrooms was so pleasing. The location was great - just minutes walking from Rialto bridge as well as San Marco square. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall, everything was as it should be for a dream vacation stay. I really liked the automated Whatsapp communication with the entrance code being sent at exactly 3PM. The only thing I would ask for is that the renters be notified on the day of arrival of which floor the apartment is located,so that they don't have to go up and down with suitcases when they first arrive. It was only the next day that we realized that Suite 3 meant 3rd floor, Suite 2 was 2nd floor and so on. Will definitely stay here again !

Amazing property. Great location. But we had problems with hot water at the apartment.
It was difficult getting a hold of the property as it happened over the weekend. The hot water heater was not functional. It would keep giving out on us twice over our stay leaving us without hot water.

We loved our stay at this property located right in the heart of Venice with views of a picturesque canal just outside the window. I was especially impressed with how smooth the check in process was- they sent us very clear directions (including pictures) to navigate to the property which we accessed via keypad. The elevator was also super helpful. The property was clean and very well appointed- my only suggestion to make it even more so would be to add a few extra pillows. Seriously- this location was incredible. Only a few minutes walk from St Mark’s square on one side and a few minutes from Rialto Bridge on the other. Excellent gelato and restaurants just around the corner. The best gondolier just steps away. Lots of great options for shopping. Thank you for an amazing stay at your lovely property!

The hot water was out when we arrived. They sent someone to fix it that evening however it went out again in the morning. We had 2 nights so we were able to wait but we were so ready for a shower after walking in the rain all day. Hopefully the second time it was fixed was permanent. Also You won’t check in until exactly 1500. Cell service is spotty between buildings so make sure you screen shot directions once you get them. We didn’t get our instructions until about 10 minutes til 3 so could be difficult if you don’t have cell service.

My daughter and I stayed at the property for three nights and enjoyed it immensely. The property was clean, spacious, close to everything tourists want to see. The best restaurant we tried in Venice, Al Gazzettino, is literally across the street. The only minor complain is there is no coffee maker in the apartment which is a must, especially in Italy!

Stayed here with a friend for a weekend and it was the perfect apartment to base ourselves from. It was spacious and clean with decent beds and shower. No issues during our stay and the host was very communicative when we needed it. The views of the canal from the lounge and one of the bedrooms was incredible and really made it joy for us. There’s a working lift in the building. Will definitely return!

Ganz tolle Kommunikation - vielen Dank für diesen Service!
Das Appartment war sehr dunkel und eingerüstet - wir hätten uns vorher eine Information gewünscht

This apartment is in a perfect location and close to everything. Very clean and large. Only negative was the scaffolding outside the window blocking view of the canal. This property was overall an excellent stay!

Easy to find, fantastic location. Very clean and roomy apartment. Only complaint was we were not able to see the canal Which was advertised There was some scaffolding outside looks like they been working on the building for a while. It made the apartment little dark. But as we were leaving to go home the workers were . starting to take the Scaffolding down. But seriously you can’t beat location how easy it is to get around not seeing the canals in my window was not such a big deal after all , just walk out your door you will see plenty of boats and canals. Would definitely stay there again.

Currently no canal view. Construction precludes it and the narrow streets don’t permit a view unless you really stretch out one corner window. Location is central. AC adequate. Bathroom adequate. Nothing amazing but good location.

We really enjoyed the large and clean apt, though we had a hard time finding it. This was in part due to google maps and poor cellular coverage. The beds were comfortable though more pillow would be a be if it. The location was close to most things and not far from the sea bus. We were really looking forward to seeing the canal view but were disappointed to find that there was construction going on outside our windows and the scaffolding blocked any view we may have had. This was our only complaint. It would have been good to know before hand as we chose this apt over others because of the view.
Overall we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apt.

Before arrival, agent suggested ease of storing luggage with early arrival. upon arrival, told of a distant storage location which was a real chore. later learned of closer, more convenient storage location. Also, it took half a dozen messages and/or calls to get a/c working, with agent showing little interest in resolving issue. Lastly, informed that location had windows looking out on canal, but not told of construction during our stay which precluded even seeing any canal.

First let me start this 2 night stay was part of 21 night Europe trip. We stayed in 6 other VRBO's and this is honestly the only one I did not give perfect score on. The only reason is, apartment says it is located on a Canal with water view, and it is on a Canal. Only problem when we showed up it was completely blocked by construction scaffolding and a tarp like netting you could not see ANY water or any part of the Canal. I understand things happen, actually the place I had stayed earlier in the trip had the same thing, minus the tarp, but there the owner contacted me ahead of time and actually gave me the choice to cancel my reservation. I told her I understood and it all worked out. I gave her a perfect score even though the unit did have the view partially blocked. But her contacting me and giving me choices made up for the view. Here no such luck, I did text with the property manager and she said they had not been made aware of the construction and when I sent pictures she did apologize and said she would contact the owner. The only response I got back after that was, the owners said the City of Venice had said it had to be done and they would do nothing to accommodate us. Had the owner just sent us a note saying "We are sorry" or anything but I felt like they had gotten their money and I would be gone so no problem. You pay a lot of money for a Water/Canal view in Venice and you should get it. OK the rest of the unit was very nice is as advertised. Last thing you may want to double or even triple check that you will have the view that you are paying for. Jerry Greeneville, TN
