You are approximately four miles away from the city limit and within a short drive of fantastic local attractions, including Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Flat Rock Park, Riverhill Country Club, Cailloux Theater, Kerr Arts & Cultural Center, Louise Hays Park, The Coming King Sculpture Prayer Gardens, and Singing Water Vineyards. When it comes to outdoor living, this family-friendly home away from home boasts an extensive back patio that leads you to the pool area. Enjoy refreshing splashes in your very own outdoor pool with a jetted spa and then unwind underneath the sun-screened pergola with the waterfall splashing down, adding a relaxing touch. The patio also provides you with a picnic table and a gas grill - the ideal setting for summertime barbecues with the family! Upon entering, you will discover a welcoming sitting area with a wood-burning fireplace right next to the main dining area, ideal for formal meals. As you continue, the main living space will appear before your eyes. It boasts a beautifully appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Curl up on the inviting, large sofa and get ready for an entertaining evening watching your favorite series and movies on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
