Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported. Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding. Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival. Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners be put up on the property? We try to cater to all guests so If you intend on bringing a dog please let us know and you would need to agree to these additional rules: An additional cleaning fee of £30 is required. - No dogs on furniture or upstairs. - All dog fouls are to be immediately disposed of in the proper manner. - It is preferred that the dog sleeps in a dedicated bed. - Dogs must not be left unattended for long periods or overnight. - We do not accept dogs that are prone to barking as they disturb the neighbors. - Evidence of not adhering to these rules may incur an additional charge and you may even be evicted, regardless of your checkout date, depending on the severity.
