The hot tub will be cleaned and chemically balanced before your arrival. It is raised and has a secure cover and locking gate. To use the hot tub you must be 18 years of age or older and a waiver must be signed. The hot tub and deck is a common area. Users assume all risks at all times. The playset in the backyard has a slide, rock-wall, rope-wall, 3 swings and a ladder. There is also a trampoline that is open. To use the playground area there must be direct supervision of children by the parent or guardian. All outdoor areas are common use. The user assumes all risks at all times. The exterior of the home is common for guests of the lower and upper units. The hot tub seats 6 to 8 guests and the decks are very large with 2 large grills ample seating, a bar and and 2 ice chests.
