Although the property has been in the family for over 50 years, extensive renovations and a top to bottom overhaul, including new plumbing, wiring, insulation and a master bedroom addition are complete and ready to be enjoyed. The Hill House features three bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of six people. It’s a ranch style home with 1.5 bathrooms. There is a queen master bedroom with a TV & a full bath, a second bedroom with a full size bed and and a third bedroom with two twin beds. This property is a 5-minute walk from town with ample trailer parking and plenty of privacy. The home features Wi-fi, a 50-inch smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A washer and dryer and large elevated deck on the lakeside round out everything you’ll need for your stay. Easy access to snowmobile trails. No need to use a trailer for transport. Like the Ollis’ other sought after Grand Marais rental (VRBO 1461916, The Big House), this home is family owned and managed by a partner residing in town year-round who will quickly respond to any issues or concerns.
