Your space includes the whole main house and all exterior areas. There may be other guests in the in-law suite. Please be kind to the in-law suite guests if there are any parking issues. There's plenty of space, and guests of different groups should not block other cars in. Always use your discretion when parking to allow other guests to leave. In-law suite guests DO NOT have access to the pool and backyard areas. Please report any other guests outside of your group found in these areas. -Have Fun Make Memories! -Swim at your own risk. -No Smoking inside the property or near open doorways. -A separate group may rent the In-Law suite. Guests of the in-law suite DO NOT have access to the pool and backyard. Please report any guests outside your group found in these restricted areas. -Upon availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are charged at $50/hour, with early check-ins by 12(noon) and late check-outs by 12(noon). Unexpected Late Check-Outs are set at $100/hour. -Guests are welcome to use the grill and propane is provided. In order to keep our cleaning cost down, we do ask guests to clean the grill after every use. A $50 extra cleaning fee may apply if the grill is left dirty. -Internet must remain connected. We have various monitoring (non-recording) smart home devices (i.e., Smart Door Locks) to facilitate remote services via the internet (i.e., updating your entry code to allow early check-in). Guests are asked not to disconnect any of our smart home devices. There is a $200 Device Reconnection fee for each disconnected device. -Pets are welcome! We have a one-time $100 pet fee. A pet fee will be charged even if the pet(s) are not correctly added as guests. --Please pick up after your animals. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if we must pick up animal waste around the property. You are responsible for your animal's actions and damages. If an extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged for the additional amount. If your pet is used to being on the sofa or bed, please provide protections to place on top of them. -10 Guests are included in your stay. Additional Guest(s) - $30 per guest per night. -The Manager must approve events. Undisclosed Events - $2000 per event. -Lost & Found Items will be stored for 30 days at our Lost & Found Location.
