There are four large luxurious bedrooms with private bathrooms, including a bunk room on the third floor and two king rooms on the first floor, making this home perfect for a multigenerational and multi-family getaways to 30A. ABOUT THE AREA: There are four community pools strategically located in the four corners of the neighborhood. You can also enjoy the private deeded beach exclusively for Rosemary guests. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees • Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues. • An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods. IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie".
