This 350 Sq Ft studio room is very clean and spacious enough for a small group of travelers. It's ideal for couples or a family with two kids. Whether you're traveling alone or with a partner, this room offers simplicity and comfort. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am - Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests - 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest. - The gate should be locked/closed at all times. The property owner has a cat. 2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience. Note: Both the garden and patio are communal spaces to be used by both yourself and the property owner. Extra Service information details: 1.
