The property was beautifully presented and clean. The host was very helpful and even brought us an extra kayak because the boat was unavailable.

Great Couldn't lock at night

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable cottage. The home is very well equipped, with a great layout. Very comfy beds. Lovely water views We enjoyed catching crabs, snapper and bream from the back garden (just need to work with the high/low tides) - the Kayak was in use constantly The IGA on Russell has everything you could want or need. For the Fishos there are limited land based spots on the Island, but the public jetty produced Jew, Flatties, and Shark - (Be warned you will need strong mosquito repellant for a night fishing session) Would recommend this home for any couples/families looking for a nice break. Day trips on pedestrian ferry to the other Islands is free - Be sure to check out Karragarra Island for a nice day trip (Take all your supplies as no shop/kiosk on this Island

The calmness and beauty of the cottage outlook straight out to the water. The inside décor was beautiful and so comfortable. Looking forward to our next return stay, highly recommend!

Newly renovated/refurbished house, close to water, kyak provided and a small get-around boat. All you need to take is your food, everything else is provided by your hosts, to make your stay very enjoyable, which it definitely was. Gerard (host) was extremely helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble. We were the first guests to stay here and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely semi secluded hideaway.
