Each studio is conveniently equipped with a full kitchen (full-size fridge, stove, oven, and coffee maker), partial AC units to keep you nice and comfortable during your stay, an en suite bathroom for added privacy, a smart TV with streaming services, and free WiFi. You will also have access to on-site shared amenities, including a BBQ area with a firepit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
