We are walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants available in Rockaway Beach and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railway runs beside the home as well for any train enthusiasts. After purchasing this duplex in 2021 we have been lovingly updating it as funds and time allows. One half is our home and the other unit we have opened up to welcome guests who also love exploring the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. We love the living in a piece of Rockaway history and have enjoyed learning more about our home from longtime Rockaway Beach residents. The Central location will allow you to explore the gorgeous Oregon Coastline to the north and south and return to a cozy home in the evening.
