RESERVATION DEPOSIT TERMS: Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full when the reservation is created. Reservations made 30 days or more prior to arrival a 25% deposit is payable at the time the reservation is created. RESERVATION BALANCE PAYMENT TERMS: The balance is payable 30 days prior to low and mid season and the balance is payable 60 days prior for high season reservations. SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations require either a payment of $1500.00 as a Refundable Damages Bond no later than the day prior to arrival. This is a unique family owned property, a 3 bedroom apartment (downstairs) is located at the Tangalooma hill behind the resort. Very well designed and detailing is out of a magazine. Main bedroom has beautiful views with large ensuite, kitchen/ lounge and deck areas are all in the same area making entertaining just perfect.
