This charming winegrower's house was once the village priory. It is spread over 3 floors and has 3 bedrooms and a large living room. Its ideal location in the heart of the old village of Hauterive, 10 minutes from Neuchâtel, will allow you to easily discover our beautiful region. On your arrival, we will give you a Neuchâtel Tourist Card which will allow you to travel free of charge by public transport in our canton during your stay.The house is spread over 3 floors. The first floor has a large living room and a fully equipped closed kitchen. A small bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is located in the corridor. A large bedroom with a double bed is located on the 2nd floor. This room has a nice bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. On the top floor you will find 2 bedrooms in a row. The first one has a French bed of 140x200 cm. The second bedroom has a single bed of 80x200cm. On the ground floor there is a garage available for our guests as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A parking space is also available in front of the garage.
