Situated in Inlet Beach, this charming house for £549 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A quiet 4-minute stroll from the white sugary sand on Inlet Beach is where you’ll find the spacious, 3-level townhome of “On Inlet Time”. Endless open-air balconies, a private backyard pool with ample lounge seating, indoor/outdoor kitchen, plus beach gear for the entire family! Three bedroom suites, a kids bunkroom, plus private studio accommodate up to 14 guests! Located in an ideal spot nestled between Rosemary Beach and (West) Panama City Beach; each day of your stay will bring new adventures from the Florida Panhandle! The private backyard boasts a large outdoor grill and food prep area, along with conversational seating. Several loungers and chairs line the perimeter of the pool and offer optimal sun soaking! An ample supply of beach gear is stored in the garage, ready to make for THE perfect beach day – including a few bicycle cruisers waiting to take you on a quick excursion over to the neighboring coastal community of Rosemary Beach. “On Inlet Time” is one of very few custom-built townhomes nestled in the private neighborhood of Park Place Avenue. Just a 4-minute walk from the front door is the Phillips Inlet Beach access where you can set up your complimentary chairs and umbrella each day and watch the waves come in! To allow for convenient navigation inside, the residential elevator begins on the ground floor in the garage and travels up to the 3rd, making luggage and grocery trips a breeze! The third floor is the heart of the home, featuring a large open concept living, kitchen and dining area. Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a designated pantry area and all the comforts of your at-home kitchen are furnished here. Guests can rest easy knowing they don’t have to bring anything with them to prepare and serve their favorite meals. The formal dining table seats up to 7 guests while the outdoor dining tables seat up to 8 (located on the 3rd and 4th floor balconies). A designated work/desk area is situated just off to the side of the main living area and has its own access door to the balcony (there is a half bathroom in the hallway). Three of the sleeping accommodations reside on the 2nd floor. Overlooking the pool is the queen suite which has 2 queen beds, its own private walkout balcony/gathering area as well as a private ensuite. Just down the hall is a quaint twin bunk nook with fun, coastal décor. On the South side is a spacious king balcony suite which overlooks the cobblestone drive with private ensuite. An additional king balcony suite resides on the 3rd floor, just off the main living space and features another walkout balcony overlooking the neighborhood and has a private ensuite as well. One of our favorite areas of "On Inlet Time" is the additional studio, located on the ground floor, just inside from the pool deck. Its galley-style kitchen is outfitted with all small & large appliances to host its own unique vacation experience, including a counter-style bar, seating up to 4 guests. Offering as much open space as possible in the pool suite; the queen bed is a custom-built hideaway murphy bed. Easy to pull down for the night and even easier to put away before that first cup of coffee out on the pool deck! An additional queen-sized sleeper sofa pulls out as well while the full sized bathroom is a few steps from the kitchen space. Do you want your groceries delivered upon arrival? On Inlet Time is a breathtaking beach house and was a fabulous home for the week. This place was perfectly clean upon our arrival and the beds were so comfortable! We had everything we needed - from beach chairs, umbrellas & bikes to a private pool & elevator (my husband appreciated the fishing wagon too lol). The home is situated about 100 yards back from the beach and has views of the emerald Gulf water, such a relaxing and quiet place. We have a big family and have taken a ton of different trips to the beach in our lives, and I can honestly say our experience here was by far the best in terms of the house and amenities. On Inlet Time was a fabulous home for the week. The home was perfectly clean upon our arrival and the beds were so comfortable! We had everything we needed from beach chairs & bikes to a private pool & elevator. The home is situated about 100 yards back from the beach and has views of the crystal blue Gulf. We have a big family and the home fit all of us comfortably. We can't wait to come back!

This beach house is breathtaking. We've taken a lot of beach trips in our lives and have stayed at several beach houses, and I can honestly say our experience here was by far the best in terms of the house and amenities. We are definitely looking forward to staying here again.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The short walk to the beach, the private pool, the beach views from the deck. We loved staying here! This home is absolutely stunning!! Best location on Inlet. I stayed here for about a month during October/November. Private walk path to the beach (less than a 5 min walk), great view of the water from the back deck, and amazing pool to hang out at after a long day at the beach. The house itself was so clean and extremely well designed. This place felt like home but still had wonderful, beachy elements to it. One of my favorite parts about the house is that it is short bike ride over to Rosemary so you can easily bike to lunch or dinner! I can't recommend this place enough and I can't wait to go back! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhouse. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There is a lot of room to spread out and the balconies off each room are great when you want to read a book or just have a quiet place away from the family. We like to cook a lot and the cookware is plentiful as well as the servware. The kitchen has a crockpot, margarita machine, nutri bullet, every type of coffee maker you could think of and more. The kids love the pool and it's great to entertain them while we are cooking meals. The place also had plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas and beach toys. We didn't need to bring any of that stuff which was nice. They provide beach wagons, bikes and even had puzzles, games and a corn hole game, too. The short cut through the subdivision made for a quick walk to the beach. We done go out much but we were very close to Rosemary and all of their shops and restaurants. Thanks for a great stay. We stayed at this house for a friends wedding in January. The house is beautifully decorated, the furniture is comfortable, it had everything we needed to prepare meals. It has a great pool and hot tub! It's a quick walk to the beach! You can easily ride a bicycle ( I believe there are four there) to town. I would highly recommend this beach house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at On Inlet Time! This place is beautiful, close to the beach, offers plenty of room, is very clean and quiet, has great views and is very close to Rosemary Beach (restaurants, shopping, etc.). We fished a lot on the beach, using the property provided gear carts! We loved the pool and the basement suite with a kitchen! Great for entertaining and sleeping guest beds. We will return! The home was very functional for our 3 families. Wonderful location, short walk to the beach. The studio apartment was perfect for the teens to hang out and not worry about being too loud for adults. The biggest issues were the home was not cleaned very well when we arrived, the Hot tub did not work and the pool was not cleaned. However, we would stay there again if these issues were resolved.

We had an amazing week at "Be Sea-ing you". The home was beautiful with many extras. The communication with My Vacation Haven was top notch and they were very responsive. The views are stunning and it is a short walk to the beach. The beach closet and garage are fully stocked with bikes, chairs, umbrellas, and even a beach wagon which was a life saver with kids. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The only issues we had were the elevator not working or locked all week and the spa heater not working. The house has a good bit of stairs so I would just make sure if you are booking this due to the elevator that it works before you come. Everything else was great! We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to have a wonderful Spring Break!
