However, there is no obligation to make any purchases during the tour. Upon check-in, resort taxes of STUDIOS ARE $7-$13, 1BR $9-$16, 2BR $13-$26 per night will be applicable, along with a $100 security deposit. The security deposit will be fully refunded during check-out. To check in, you must have a real ID and Major Credit Card under your name. Pets and Fees -Service Dogs are welcomed for free with proper documentation. (Emotional support pets do not count) -A mandatory, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 will be charged upon check-in for dogs reported to Front Desk. The original security deposit goes up to a $100 but is refunded upon check-out. If the guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and the pet is found in the room, they will be charged $150, in addition to the $150 deposit. -Up to two small dogs per unit. A dog must not exceed 60 pounds, or in the case of 2 dogs, they must not exceed 60 pounds combined.
