Welcome to our stylish loft-style condo, perfect for a weekend stay or long-term guest! Our condo is a two bedroom/two bath. Amazing amenities such as a washer & dryer, garage, and fully stocked kitchen. We're located just 4 miles from TBK Bank Sports Complex, and within walking distance of Crawford Brew Works, Coffee Hound, Peachwave, and local shopping. Whether you're here to catch a game or just exploring the city, our loft is the perfect base for your stay. This loft condo was designed and remodeled to perfection taking into consideration every detail you need to enjoy your stay in Bettendorf, Iowa. The fully equipped kitchen offers appliances such as stovetop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-sized refrigerator as well as basic cooking tools and supplies. In the bedroom located on the second floor you will find an extremely comfortable KING sized bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom is located in the basement with a KING sized bed! The bathrooms features a large shower, a hair-dryer as well as complimentary toiletries and clean towels. Additional amenities include self-controlled A/C and closet space with hangers, an iron and ironing board. This loft is very well kept, professionally cleaned and sanitized after each and every use. Please note the back patio is not accessible for guests. Our check-in and check-out process is automatic and seamless, guests will enter through a secured door. Once you book you will receive a private entry code 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note the back patio is not accessible for guests. All rules of this agreement are not suggestions, they are mandatory for any guest staying on the property, and failure to adhere to them can lead to fines and/or eviction from the property without refund depending on the severity of the infringement. PROPERTY ISSUES Please contact us immediately if there are any issues during your stay. We will deal with any issues in a timely and professional manner. Please note that we cannot address issues to your satisfaction if we are notified after your stay. We can’t fix what we don’t know about. HOUSE OPERATION This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed in the house except if approved by the owner prior to your arrival. The TV is a Smart TV. You can use and log into any app you'd like on the TVs, just be sure to log out before you leave. This is a no-smoking property. Please fully leave the grounds if you need to smoke. You may not smoke anything of any kind anywhere on the premises, inside or outside. You will be charged a $250 fee if you smoke at the property. Please respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood between 10pm to 8am. Our neighbors help make our place safe and homey, please return the favor. The bath products are there for you to use, but please do not take them with you. If you love them, they can be purchased at Public Goods' website. We understand that every guest has a different comfort level when it comes to sleeping temperatures, and we allow you to adjust the temperature when you desire. However, we ask that you do not set the temperature below 68 degrees when cooling and move them back up to 72 during the day. This is to ensure our HVAC system runs smoothly and does nothing freeze over. If the system freezes due to the temperature being set too low for extended periods of time, it will become the guest’s responsibility to pay the repair fee which is around $200 per repair. TRASH If your trash becomes full, bagged trash can be disposed of in trash cans and recycling can be placed in the blue recycling bins found outside of the house. Do not leave excess trash on the street as the city trucks will not pick up overflowing trash or any trash that has been put in recycling bins. Please reference the house manual section in your rental app to see the listed trash day. PET RULES Please do not let pets on the furniture inside or outside of the house. Any damage or excess cleaning due to your pet will result in a fee. Please pick up after your pets in the yard. When walking pets in the neighborhood, we require you keep them on a leash at ALL times. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUTS Please observe the designated check-in and check-out times. We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late checkouts due to cleanings and scheduling, unless approved by the owner at least 24 hours prior to your arrival or departure date. A fee will be incurred if the Airbnb is not vacated by check-out time. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS When checking out, put the towels you used on the ground, so our cleaners know what you used and don't waste water and resources cleaning unused towels. Please place towels and sheets in one pile and comforters and quilts in a separate pile. We ask that you wash any dishes and cookware you used and make sure to clean out the coffee maker. Make sure to shut the door and lock it behind you. Should you leave before check out time, please let us know so our cleaners can get started. Beautifully decorated. Great bed and linens. Lots of space. Kitchen had all we needed and more. My only note is that if stairs are an issue for your party, stairs to get in and bathrooms are in the lower and upper levels. Beautiful and large bathrooms however.
