We took our family to IOP for the Thanksgiving holiday, and couldn't have enjoyed this home more. The location was great. The views were great. The home itself is fantastic, and full of all the extras you could need for a great stay. A++. We'll definitely try and come back!

This is a beautiful home - every bit as nice as advertised. The home was clean, well-appointed and kids enjoyed fishing off of the docks. Definitely recommend!

The house was perfect for our family vacation--spacious, clean, and beautiful. We loved the private back yard pool and the views of the intracoastal waterway were gorgeous. The property managers were responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

My family including extended family were thrilled with the accommodations of this beautiful home. It was clean, new and the decor was on point. The rooms and the bathrooms were very spacious. The dock and pool were amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunset beyond the IOP bridge. The only issue we had that could not be resolved was the wine fridge and ice maker kept tripping and we were unable to use it. But I would not give the house anything but 5 STARS! We love IOP and have stayed in several homes, and this one will be difficult to top!

This home is gorgeous! The house was very well laid out and the decor was beautiful. We were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We had everything we needed and more! We enjoyed using the wonderful dock to sit and watch the boats go by. The house was spotless when we arrived. The management company even checked in with us to make sure everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend this home for any family looking for a wonderful place to gather for a vacation!

The home is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The patio and pool were perfect. The little ones enjoyed the pool, and so did the adults. I’d say one of biggest draws for the family had to be the dock. Many amazing sunrises and sunsets were enjoyed there, and the kids loved watching the crabs under the decking on the way to the dock. Fun, fun, fun! Lots was wonderful memories were made at this home! The property management company made check in and check out a breeze. Ben and Sharon (owners) were very easy to work with and extremely helpful as I had a few questions about the house very early in the rental process. This was our first time in South Carolina, and we LOVED it, especially IOP! Thank you for sharing your home with us XOXO

Wonderful property in IOP. As advertised, but even still pictures don’t capture how great this house is. The private pool was a huge draw for us given ongoing COVID issues. The private dock was a source of several evening hangouts overlooking the water. Very close to the ocean with golf cart parking at the beach very easy to use. Overall this is a spectacular house and a perfect location for our family vacation. Already dreaming about staying there again!

Beautiful home and a great location, can't take that away from this place. Just to qualify who are were as renter's first. We spend about a significant number of nights/year in VRBO's/Hotels, and own several hundred thousand square feet of rentals (including hundred's of apartments, multiple RV Parks and few VRBO's). Thankfully I have never experienced such a classless owner and management operation as I experienced with this home. Like others reviewing the home, it is true that there were only three hand towels for the whole home, no garbage bags, no soaps, and no beach towels. Upstairs showers are very slow to receive slow water (i.e. >5 minutes), and rfg leaks. In spite of showing them in the pictures, you're not authorized to use the fireplaces. The bbq was in such despair that we had to report that it was unsafe to use, only at which time a new one was delivered to the property. However, the kicker was the kid's basketball hoop at the pool. My two sons used the basketball hoop (albeit with a football and another ball that was not a basketball), but because of its location at deep end of the pool they moved it to the shallow end of the pool. Mind you there is nothing in the listing that states don't move said hoop (not). Apparently in the process three travertine tiles were scratched. We were told after the fact about the tiles being scratched, and accused of breaking a tiles. Not sure how one could break a tile sliding something, but according to said owner/manager we were the culprits. Said tile in question was actually cut in a pan handle shape and had a weak joint. Anyone that has ever used or been around travertine knows that it is quite brittle, and can wear poorly. Why one would install it in an area where use is heavy and patio chairs, tables, and potentially a basketball hoop could be moved is beyond me. Most infuriating though was the fact that our entire $750 damage deposit was held for said damages. In the five states in which we own property, one must prove damages and provide a reasonable cost of repair/replacement. None of which occurred in this case. Furthermore, we were accused of stealing the basketballs (another imaginary item that never existed). A claim was filed with VRBO, and that matter is pending (albeit slow). Buyer beware, we spent a significant sum for a little over a week at this home. There are plenty of other good homes in the area that are not worth the risk or headache. I would search elsewhere

It was perfect. Everything was beautiful. They’ve thought of everything you could possibly need to accommodate guests. Location is perfect. Wish we could’ve kept our boat there but the marina was just a short golf cart ride away. We had the best time!! Thank you for everything. Cheers. XO

The home and view is even more beautiful than the pictures. It is well maintained and kept immaculately clean. The kitchen is equipped with anything and everything a chef would need. The property management team is top notch and helped with any questions. The only thing missing was more time!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated, and convenient to shopping as well as the marina. We really enjoyed the gorgeous pool and the fishing dock. It was fun to watch dolphins from the dock. We have stayed at many homes on IOP, and this is by far our favorite one. We hope to return one day!
