Also feel free to check out the City of Hialeah Public Transit website for local bus routes and planning your trip. My place of business is located right next door, so you will see my employees getting out of the parking lot with their car. Note that there is an alarm system in this property. The alarm will not be turned on during guest stays - Please do not touch the alarm system. Also the property has cameras in the external areas for security purposes only. We provide WIFI, Netflix, and basic toiletries and essentials to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. ➤ PARKING: Guests will be able to park 2 cars. ➤ Please be mindful that we do not allow any PARTY’S in the house. Please adhere to the following HOUSE RULES. ➤ No Parties or events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are prohibited. Violating this rule may result in eviction and additional charges. ➤ No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property, only outside. ➤ Illegal Drugs or Substances. We strictly prohibit the use, possession or distribution or any illegal drugs or substances on our property. Guests found violating this rule will be asked to leave immediately and law enforcement may be notified. ➤ Quiet hours: Guests are expected to observe quiet hours, between 11 PM and 6 AM, to be considerate of neighbors and other guests. ➤ Maximum occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in extra charges or eviction. ➤ CHECK-IN is at 3:00pm ➤ CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am, ➤ All early CHECK-INs or Late CHECK-OUTs must be pre-approved by the Host.
