As the night goes on, some of your group unwinds in our comfy loft laughing and playing games, while others create lasting memories around the fire pit (Firewood provided) under twinkling string lights. When it's time to call it a night, you slip into the spacious main suite with a relaxing tub in the en-suite bathroom for the ultimate unwind. A: No, unfortunately, we can't do early check-ins as we want to ensure our awesome cleaning crew has enough time to make everything perfect for your stay! Q: Do you have a crib available? A: We have a Pack-N-Play w/sheets available located in the main bedroom closet. Q: Smoking allowed? A: No smoking permitted on the premises. Q: Discounts available? A: Long-stay discounts available; check date changes for offers. Typically, we don't offer additional discounts. Q: Georgetown grocery stores , shopping, and restaurants? A: 8-10 minutes from Walmart, Kroger, and Aldi. Tons of shopping and restaurants min. away. Q: Can we have additional guests and friends visit? A: You are welcome to add additional guests to your reservation (max 10 guests) but we do not allow parties at our property which is constituted by any unregistered guests. Q: How do we work the fireplace? A: The fireplace is non-functioning. For your safety, please do not attempt to light it or turn on the gas to it. For your peace of mind and the protection of our space, a $300 security deposit is required for each reservation. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. →Trash service is on Monday, please put the trash receptacle (located on the driveway side of the house) on the street by the curb on Saturday and replace it to the left side of the driveway in front of the garage on Monday after pickup (we’ll send reminders). →To provide a superior stay we will occasionally have professional services at the property (landscapers, lawn maintenance, etc). We will do our best to give notice of their arrival, which should be fairly non-invasive. →Our backyard is fenced but was designed more to promote community and less for privacy. The fence is lower to the ground, about 4’ tall, and easily affords the opportunity to say “hi” to the neighbors. Please have fun, be respectful, and enjoy the amenities we offer.
