The poolside entertainment area features a Weber gas BBQ. After dark, glow in the dark European ceramic pool tile creates a wonderful ambiance for a relaxing evening dip. The House is newly constructed in 2023. The front door of this 2500sf home is approached via the pool area & a large roofed poolside lanai. Additional roofed lanais total about 1000sf giving an expansive indoor/ outdoor living area. Entry is through one of two sliding walls totaling 30ft for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The large great room with a clear fir vaulted ceiling features ample seating & 86" TV. This area includes the kitchen with Wolf, Bosch & Thermador appliances & a beautiful blue glass island. Cool polished floors & elegant white, grey, and blue tones add to the feeling of spaciousness throughout. Every detail of the home was meticulously designed over five years of owning the land before construction began. Two separate wings place each of the four main bedrooms on a corner for privacy. The poolside of the H-shaped house faces North-East to capture the trade winds. With 3-sided ventilation in all main rooms &bedrooms, breezes waft constantly throughout.
