Location was great. Very nice and quiet residential area, with easy access to local shops, train stations, outlet store and supermarket. Bed was very comfortable and additional linen and towels were appreciated for my long stay. The added oil heater ensured I was cosy during some of the chilly nights. Home owners who live above the apartment were very welcoming and friendly, making sure I was well set up for my stay. I really appreciate the great efforts they have gone to to provide a great quality accommodation. The apartment was very well equipped for self-catering needs, I cooked some great meals whilst there, the rice cooker was a great addition to offset the single hot plate. The smart TV was also a great addition, as it enables you to log into your own accounts, enabling that real “at home” feeling.

Nothing to not like. But a recycling chart (specific to Wellington/New Zealand) would be helpful, as (I learnt) different countries recycle differently or use different references for what is recyclable or what isn’t.

Very clean, great host, he even gave us a lovely gift parcel, of juice, crisps and shortbread on our arrival. We felt very welcome.

We were situated under the hosts house, and could hear conversations, which meant they must have heard ours. You could also hear lots of moving about above us. This might not be the place for you if that kind of thing bothers you

The one bedroom apartment was well done extremely fresh & clean. We found bed comfortable the shower hot. All basic amenitties one would expect were there. The biscuits, fruit, & orange juice was a lovely touch. As for our host you couldnt ask for better warm friendly, helpful. Im so glad we chose to stay at the hill view abode i wouldnt hesitate to recomend to anyone who needed a place to stay thats handy to everythng in wellington.

That i didnt have the time off to stay longer.
