This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever.

Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple galleries, and have drinks. It was great. Service top notch as always. Bed comfort can not be beat.

Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future Along with that special gratitude to Dilprit and Sagar they were amazing.

We had a marvelous stay in Lucknow at the Country Inn Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and some excellent dining too, must recommend the hotel for some exquisite salmon dishes. Very reasonably priced too for a luxury hotel. My only qualm was that the restaurant closed a little too early each evening."

Blanket smile very badly, staff take around 40 to change the same, no request intertain for 30 minutes early breakfast i.e. around 8 AM against 8.30 AM.

Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Lucknow. It is close to the center and the railway station. The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed me the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns. On my next stays, I will definitely check into Hotel again. The price performance ratio is very good.

Staff is pathetic they didn't gave me breakfast till 11. I am writing this in very frustration as I haven't had a single bite since mng. I request booking.com to initiate my booking amount . VERY PATHETIC STAFF AND HOTEL PLEASE DONT GO THERE YOU WILL BE TRAPPED BY TAKING ADVANCE AND THEN YOU CANT DO ANYTHING

Location is not bad but the hotel in located in office flats in a office building giving an eerie feeling for a stay

Everything from the front office staff to room quality to ambience to housekeeping. I cannot understand how a brand like Country Inn should lend its name to such a hotel. Since I had used my credit card while checking in, I moved to Hyatt Regency right across this hotel and instead put up my driver to stay at this property.
