Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th* If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 7 bedroom/ 5 bath house and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with a Tiki Bar, in-pool seating, splash pad, HOT TUB, and TV certainly will. Short Walk, Bike, or ride from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer. For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide pilings to tie up multiple boats, with power and water at the dock. For large groups, we have 4 other houses in the neighborhood VRBO #s 1470646 sleeps 20, #2146665 that sleeps 16, 1679216 that sleeps 14, and #2145195 that sleeps 22. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people. There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious balconies, tiki bar, Trex and pool decks. Ring Toss, Bocce ball, Bean Bag corn hole boards, and a PUTTING GREEN are provided for guest entertainment. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts in the neighborhood! The entire 7 bedroom 5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses or Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests. The living rooms both feature ample seating with a large 4k HD TV. All the bedrooms, living rooms, game room, and tiki bar feature HD TVs. There is super fast wi-fi internet throughout the house. Local Golf Cart and Boat Rental company references are available ABSOLUTELY NO PETS of any kind NO SMOKING INSIDE MINIMUM RENTAL AGE 25 *Pool Heated March 1 - November 30th. The heater can be run outside of these dates for a fee if the weather allows*
