The panoramic views from the Living Room speaks for itself. The Living Room is furnished with a sectional Queen Sleeper. There is a 70 inch Flat Screen HD TV, DVD and stereo. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the view along or watch a Movie at Night. The balcony is furnished with Table and Chairs and Loungers for enjoying the outdoors. The dining has table and chairs with seating for 6. The Breakfast Bar has additional seating for 4. The Wet Bar has both a Wine Chiller and Ice Maker The Stainless Steel Upgraded Kitchen is fully stocked. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a Comfortable King Bed. There is a Dresser and Large Flat Screen HD TV and DVD. There is a walk in closet. The Master Bath has a jetted Jacuzzi Tub and Separate Glass enclosed shower. The vanity has double sinks The first Guest Bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen Beds, Large Flat Screen TV and DVD. This room also has a private Bath. The second Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed. This bedroom has a private Bath. Also Large HD TV and DVD The third Guest Bedroom is furnished with Two Sets of Twin Bunks. This room sleeps 4. This room is also furnished with Large Flat screen TV and DVD. There is a laundry room with fill size Front Loading Washer and Dryer There is a Half Bath for Drop in Guests The Complex has all the amenities you could want. Out Door Pools, River Pool, Indoor Pool, Fitness Center, Sauna, Theater, Grilling Area. There is of course free WiFi There is also a shuttle to take everyone to the Beach so you don't have to cross the street.

Beautiful place to stay! Very roomy and lots of stuff to do on the grounds! The weather wasn’t great and we still had plenty of things to do besides staying in the room watching tv.

We enjoyed our stay. This was our first time not staying directly on the beach and did not enjoy traveling to the beach however if you are not accustomed to that luxury that may not be an issue. There is not a keypad for entry so keep that in mind if you have a crew as we did. The condo had plenty of space for the 11 of us and the amenities were great. Pool areas are very nice and the elevators were quick. Overall great place to stay.

We loved the place!!! Everything about it was so nice. Tastefully furnished and comfortable. Beach access was close and millions of shells for the little ones to collect. Pools were perfect and so much fun fir all ages!! Fully equipped kitchen, we only ate out a couple of times and had great meals at the condo. Best part for me was the view and I loved rising early for the sunrises!! Fabulous! I’m thinking new laminate floors and maybe an adjustment time to determine effective cleaning. A little , what we call “Winn Dixie Feet” after walking barefoot. No biggie, sure they will figure it out.

This Condo was Awesome. It was Beautiful and had great views from the Balcony. And lots of places to sit. The Lazy River was perfect for lounging in and the kids had the best time with all the pools and slides that the resort offer. We also used the putt-putt course while we were there, you just need to remember to get your clubs before the registration desk closes for the night. The Caribe really does have a lot to offer for all ages to have a great time. We cooked every night and there was plenty of pots & pans for whatever we needed. We like the fact we had an ice maker and a wine cooler in the condo. We not only kept a few bottles of wine cold but use to keep several bottles of water cold. We did not have any trouble with parking the 5 different cars. The bedrooms are very spacious and far enough apart we did not hear the two babies cry at night. We had no problems or complaints at all but knew we could call Pam or John and they would take care of us. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. I am sure we will return next year.

I highly recommend this unit at Caribe. Everything was top notch!! The view of the bay and ocean, lazy river, great pools, and ample parking. We had 5 vehicles and were all able to park in parking deck. I suggest driving across the street and paying to park if you have a heavy load to take to the beach. Take the trolley if you have a light load to carry, not a bad walk at all. The host were great. We had one issue (which was our fault) and they had maintenance up within a hour or so. Great place for your family. Our ages were from 64 to 18mo. and we all had a great vacation.

We had the Best time ever!! the Condo was Awesome !! It was Beautiful & so clean. We had the Best views from the Balcony. And lots of places to sit. We had 14 people in our group & there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.. My son has a 5 month old & he was worried about the baby crying and waking everyone up .. but the rooms are spaced far enough away from each other. I never heard the baby .. We cooked often and there was plenty of pots & pans for whatever we needed . It was Awesome they had an ice machine that was so handy and always full of ice. The Lazy River opened the day after we arrived.. There is so much to do at Caribe & the condo is in the perfect place it’s right when you get off the elevator.. The parking for this condo is in a great spot, not to much walking and carrying in stuff. They have little roller carts you can put all your stuff on and roll right in. There were nice couches in the Living room .They looked Brand new, and big flat screen TV’s . It was just so nice . It felt like home . I also knew if I had any problems.. I could call Pam or John & they would take care of it .we had no problems or complaints at all. there was an emergency reported to Caribe, so they had to evacuate. The alarms & lights in this Condo work great .They are very loud and a light blinks on & off & you can hear all of the instructions. We had to use the stairs & they are right there. So we felt safe! Can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you! Fabulous!!!

This condo was perfect for our family of 11 people. The bedrooms were well separated and it was great that each room had its own bathroom. All of the amenities of the Caribe resort were an asset and we used all of the pools and the putt-putt course. The lazy River was under construction but it will be awesome when it is finished. The check-in process was simple. We had fire alarms go off twice and had to evacuate the building. Climbing down 8 flights of stairs was not for the faint of heart. The beach access was across the street and was easy to drive to with all of our gear. I would recommend this VRBO to my friends and family.

Property was spacious clean and had fantastic views. Plenty of Kitchenware, spoons, dishes, glasses and a crockpot. Nice bar area with wine cooler, and ice maker.
Location of bedrooms spaced out, given a sense of privacy for each one.
Plenty of balcony furniture with picnic table and chairs for outside dining.
Wonderful stay.

My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and then my husband and I stayed for the next few days. The view is amazing and condo is beautiful! the lazy river is under construction but there are plenty of other pools and amenities to use during your stay. This place would be perfect for family and friends traveling with children!

We had an amazing time. Beds are comfortable. Appliances are all up to date. Kitchen was well stocked with good pans and utensils. Facility was great. We will definitely be back!

Unit was exactly as advertised. Incredible views and balcony. Everything was wonderful. The check-in process and communicating with the Property Manager was very easy and hassle-free. The resort and location were great. I would rent this unit again in the future.

Pam is incredible! Great communicator and so friendly. The condo itself is gorgeous. Super clean! The beds are all comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Very spacious. Great place! Can’t wait to return!

We had the best experience with this rental. The pictures do not do it justice. The out door patio is huge and the Caribe campus offers it all. Everything was so smooth. We had 11 and felt like we had more than enough space. Easy walk to the bay and the ocean. John and Pam were tremendous hosts. Highly recommend!

Place was amazing. The views go on forever. We watched dolphins from the balcony. The only thins I might add is a port a crib for those traveling with infants.

The room was great there were several wild teenagers running around at all hours of the night and was unable to reach the trolly and front desk when we tried to go to the beach
