A great base to explore all that's going on in and around Dunsborough - a short drive from town, the beaches and the vineyards. The home is tastefully furnished with modern comforts to ensure your time 'down south' is happily spent! It's fully airconditioned/heated with a large enclosed garden in which to enjoy a glass of wine or two. The home features a huge open-plan living area with dining table, modern kitchen, very comfortable seating in front of a large smart TV and also features a study nook. This space opens out onto the alfresco area and the lawned garden. The master bedroom has walk in robes and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms both have robes and share the main bathroom. All bedrooms have queen beds with linen and bath towels provided. There is a secure garage for your use. Please note that there is a separate studio attached to the home. This is primarily used by the owner and is occasionally occupied by her guests. It is completely separate and has its own entrance and garden - however there is an adjoining wall. Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.
