No loud music or parties/events are allowed. No patio/outside gatherings allowed after 9:30pm. We rely on the "WYND Sentry Smart Home" noise monitoring device to monitor noise decibel levels. Note, the smart home device does not record audio or video to protect your privacy. *If any neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, a warning will be issued. If the noise persists or becomes excessive, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund. ▪Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund. PARKING: ▪Two-car garage with EV charging outlet. *Garage is to be used for parking ONLY. ▪Up to two vehicles can park on the right side of the shared driveway (with guests of another unit) in front of the garage. ▪One parking space reserved for one vehicle in carport to the right of the garage ▪Street parking is available (please refer to street sweeping and garbage pick up day and time) *Guests are responsible for their own vehicles and ticket(s), if any. STREET SWEEPING: ▪Every Tuesday (7am-2pm). Please DO NOT park on street on Tuesdays from 7am to 2pm to avoid parking ticket. GARBAGE PICK UP: ▪Every Wednesday (7am - 12pm).
