Also, Florida is notorious for its prolific insect life, like ants, roaches, lizards and other bugs. We have a contract with a pest control company that regularly services our property and our home. However, fighting the bugs is a constant battle. We appreciate your understanding as well as your assistance by not taking food into the bedrooms.. Early check ins and/or late check outs are sometimes available for $25/hour based on arrivals/departures around your stay. Please contact the owner for availability.
