You’ll be only a 5-minute drive to Grace Bay Beach, and the beach offers plenty of opportunities for water activities like snorkeling and swimming due to its calm and inviting waters. Plus, you’ll be a short distance from local eats, stunning beaches, activities, and more! There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. Please note at the end of your arrangements, the premises should be left in the same condition in which they were found. In case of loss, or damage, added costs will apply. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day. HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. - Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) or using any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. - Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during their stay. - Pets are not allowed. Interaction with Guests: This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full instructions and necessary codes will be provided before your arrival.
