No parties or events (If guest breaks house rules and throws a party or event, guest will be liable and have to pay a mandatory extra $35 dollars per person over the allowed amount of people & asked to vacate premises.) 5. Late checkouts must be approved. If not approved: After one hour late checkout you will be responsible for a $50 mandatory unauthorized fee After two hour late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day's base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee.) If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors you will be responsible for a $150 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).
