We just finished a major remodel of the bathroom & bedroom, and the space is clean, bright and private. The room has a Queen size bed, private full bathroom with shower, and a sitting area. The kitchenette is also well-stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, cups, plates, wine glasses, and flatware. We are centrally located to just about everything the Bay Area has to offer. We are close to public transportation (across the street) and major freeways, as well as San Francisco (30 minutes), and San Jose (30 minutes). We are in Silicon Valley, and are 5 minutes away from Hillsdale Mall, Oracle and Redwood Shores, 20 minutes from Stanford University, 20 minutes from SFO and 30 minutes from SJC airports. Plus only 20 minutes from the beaches in Half Moon Bay. Belmont has its own charming main street within walking distance, however, a short 10 minute drive away going North, you will find downtown San Mateo. San Carlos is also a crowd pleaser, being a 10 minute drive away going South. San Carlos is known as the city of "Good Living". Both the San Mateo and San Carlos Downtowns, have a full variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, and boutiques. All are very safe places on the Peninsula. We are a multi-lingual household; Kai speaks English, Farsi, and German. Lobat speaks English, Farsi, and a little French. We eat healthy, exercise often, and lead very busy lives, yet still find time to play tennis, ski, bike ride, and enjoy other outdoor activities.
