Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep. Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom #1: King bed + private ensuite Bedroom #2: Queen bed + ensuite Bedroom #3: 2 Twin beds Bedroom #4: 2 Double beds BATHROOMS Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing. Bathroom #1: Full bath with a shower/tub combo Bathroom #2: Full bath with a shower/tub combo Bathroom #2.5: Half bath GOURMET KITCHEN The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (should you so desire!) Included Supplies: - Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Complete set of knives - BBQ tongs - Coffee maker (Drip & Keurig) - Blender - Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster. LAUNDRY This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES - 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason. PARKING You will have access to the driveway & surrounding street parking during your stay. Please note that the garage has been permanently converted into a games room, so it is not available for parking. CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property. We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us. Located within Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views. When you stay with us you’ll be close to:  James Chabot Beach: A 3-minute drive or 20-minute walk will get you to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddle board. Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss. The Whiteway:  A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course. The Farmer’s Market: Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning this summer at our town’s local market. 1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day. 2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 10 people. 3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal. 4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest. 6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee. 7. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on for 20 minutes. Please leave the lid open for 45 minutes and remember to close the lid to avoid turning it into a cold plunge! We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours following the chlorine cycle. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance and/or a full drain and refill, there will be an additional charge of $400.00.
