Our apartment is located in the private residence Laguna Beach (one of the most beautiful and newer residences in Gruissan) with secure access. The apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms each with direct access to the terrace, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, hob, 2 fridge, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, table and iron. From the living room you will enjoy television, internet without forgetting access to a large wooden terrace. The terrace will offer you a panoramic view of the beach and the island of birds as well as the swimming pool with secure access (practical for families with children). The secure car park (electric gate) entitles you to a numbered space. Air conditioning will be installed in May 2020 and a patio curtain will protect you from the wind. The residence is located less than 5 minutes from all shops and restaurants, while remaining quiet.
