The plumbing needs major work. I tried taking a shower and the water was draining very slow. The bathroom sink was the same way. It would immediately get filled up with water.

The front desk people were amazing. The room was ok, it was so outdated and the carpets all over were dirty. Outside the carpet was never vacuumed because the same things were on it for the whole three days and nights. I had no toilet paper had to ask the front desk for it. So at that point, I did not trust for a housecleaner to come into my room so I kept my privacy up the whole time. If they can't even clean properly and do their job then they probably can't be trusted.

Due to Covid, the restaurant was not open for dinner. There were some minor cleaning and painting repairs that were evidently not being made due to Covid. Staff was awesome.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Bed and pillows were great. Had to go get some caffeinated coffee and cream and sugar at the reception desk. My supplies were lacking. Snuggled in to sleep and then some loud, inconsiderate guests came in at 11 pm. Loud voices and slamming doors until 4 in the morning. Why do hotel doors always slam? Every time I was woken up l heard the constant drip of the air conditioner condensation from the ceiling to the floor. Put a towel down on the floor and by morning it was sopping wet. The whole area from the room to the bathroom was wet and slippery. There are no microwaves in the rooms. There is one to use in an alcove but a guest had left an awful mess for the rest of us. Each room needs a microwave because of this. Sharing is not an option. I know that the hotel cannot control their guests, but with the room problems and the guests it was kind of a miserable experience, particularly for the cost. A voucher for the restaurant would have been appreciated and should have been included with the stay.

The location was quiet and relaxing

Charge for the room was on my credit card well before we checked in. At check in I was informed there would be an additional $100 "deposit" added to the card. Hotel clerk had no explanation - "It's policy". Make no sense. I will no longer stay at Holiday Inn or an IHG Hotel.

Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked very well in our room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately I noticed that the carpeting in the hallway was dirty and walls were banged up. Outside there was broken glass in the parking lot, which was concerning for safety and walking our dogs.

Overpriced garbage. Had to talk to front desk multiple times. Three towels for a family of four. One bottle of soap. They also charge your credit card $100 dollars for incidentals. Wouldn’t they just pull money off a credit card anyway if something came up missing or was damaged? The pool area was a joke. So many people doing backflips into 4ft of water, glass being broken and dropping in the water. No towels available in pool area. Had to go to front desk again.

I came to the hotel because my power is out at home. We booked this room off hotels.com. Upon arriving to the hotel there was a gentleman at the front desk trying to get a room key that was not in his name. We get checked in and get to the elevator and there is a person who looks like they are overdosing on heroin, sitting in the chairs by the elevator. We get to our room 214 and there is make up, blood, hair, used towels everything in the room. The room also had a broken thermostat. Absolutely nasty! I am including pictures as we were only here for a few minutes before we called the front desk saying we need a refund. This hotel was not up to standards by any means! Also as we were walking out there is trash in the hallways and a dog in room 219 who sounded like it was going to bust through the door at us! Video attached as well. This is completely unacceptable. I need a response back on how your going to handle this because I need a refund. Spoke to management and they say since we booked through hotels.com only a higher up can refund- still waiting. Was in the room for an entire 5 minutes if that.

Their system was down so they couldn’t produce room keys. We had to go to the desk to get a staff member to let us in our room each time we left

We have stayed here twice now. They seem consistent on the quality they provide which I appreciate. It’s old but that’s not a secret. I would recommend it

Not sure if the hotel is doing renovations or what..it look like it or it needs it. Didn't like that the hair dryer was next to the sink, dangerous and there was carpet on the tube..it is 2021 right and just seems unsanitary with carpet on the tube. Tissue box was broken and wall molding was missing on the walls. Too much for all those issues. Very disappointed at this hotel

My stay was ok. first room i was in the door would not lock. i was moved to a different room. The furnishing was just a little ragged, but it was comfortable

super place everything great. we loved it. never saw the pool but ... got great rate so made it afforadable.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this Hotel, and were nicely surprised by the room. Check in was simple and easy. All amenities were just great.

This was a great place to stay. It was quite, clean, and had all the amenities that I needed. The staff was courteous and hospitible.

we have had a few very early flights leaving from flint...this hotel is very convient for this purpose.... the staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and comfortable...

This spacious hotel is located near the Flint, MI airport. The room was well appointed and clean. The staff was adequate.

My husband and I chose to book the jacuzzi suite the night before our wedding so we could relax together before the big day, and for the wedding night as well. We still say this was one of the best ideas we had. The jacuzzi suite is amazing and huge! Everything is spotless and feels new. There is a kitchenette and dining area, large TV, extremely comfortable King bed, very lovely jacuzzi of course, desk, and armoire and dressing area. It was so spacious and nice, we were able to have all of my bridesmaids and Mother in Law there to get ready together. Not only that but my bachelorette party was two nights before the wedding, and because my bridesmaid was coming from out of state, she booked a Queen room for the party. It was very clean and spacious for a standard room. No complaints. The staff is also willing to bend over backwards to make sure you have a comfortable stay. We actually had a coupon for $100 off one night that they applied to both nights and I had plenty of requests for towels, extra lotion, plates, silverware and so on that they were happy and quick to oblige.

Their staff needs to be educated about service animals and where they are allowed to go.

The check-in staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful with basic directions.

The king size bed is sagging in the middle. We had 4 small pillows in this Hotel instead of six larger pillows from another Holiday Inn Hotel we stayed last. The bed cover needs to be changed. The bathroom is fairly clean and was kept clean and stacked with towels during the stay. A small cooler (which they do not have) in the room would have been appropriate for several days of stay, which other Holiday Inn Hotels have.

I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is terrific compared to just about all of them. Clean, bright rooms, comfortable mattress, great pool area, nice public area, good room service.
