Just outside the living area and Master Bedroom is a private balcony with a view of the Mariner's Club Marina. Mornings are best spent here watching the sun rise over the serene waters of the Atlantic Ocean with coffee in-hand. This villa features a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances as well as Keurig and standard coffee makers. The Master Bedroom hosts a large walk-in restroom which contains an oversized tub and Travertine tile shower. No more than two vehicles are permitted per residence. Boat dockage is not included. Slip space can be reserved directly through the HOA. We suggest Catamaran Boat Yard & Storage located less than a half-mile from Mariner's Club for trailer parking, lift/launch services, and additional or oversized vehicle parking.
