Hot tub coming Early June All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. We live locally and are available in person for any emergencies. Otherwise we are only a text or phone call away with any questions you have. This home has tons of space for a large family offering a living room, family room (with 3 pull out twin sofas), sitting room, two full baths, laundry room and office space on the main level. Off of the kitchen you will find a set of stairs leading to two more large bedrooms, 1 King the other 2 queens and a full bath. The outdoor space is absolutely beautiful with meticulously maintained grounds, huge composite deck with outdoor seating, dining and fire table. Kayak and paddleboard the calm waters, or bring your boat, or rent one, and head over to The Landing for lunch or dinner by boat! The yard is perfect for cornhole, family BBQ's or just relaxing with a book or a glass of wine while taking in the breathtaking views.
