Its location allows you to comfortably reach what is necessary without using means of transport. The apartment is located on the ground floor and is practically free of architectural barriers (presence of only 2 steps at the entrance). It has a small terrace/courtyard in front of the entrance and the internal view of the condominium area guarantees absolute tranquility and silence. Access to the condominium context is protected by a pedestrian safety gate with code opening and video intercom. This also guarantees a safe and protected large play space for children in the condominium courtyard.
